I am trying to re-install Easy Media Creator 7 and get the following error: "The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exist and that you can access it". Also I can not uninstall the program from the control panel either. I can not believe the lack of support from Roxio, could not get a straight answer from RoxAnne nor paid support on this topic. Are they for real?

Is the software disc in the drive when you get this message ("The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exist and that you can access it." )?

Not much information in your post. Did you get an error message when you tried to uninstall? I have a couple of things that you need to do, but won't offer them until you post back.

Same error message when trying to re-install or uninstall. This is the only error message I get.

I think he meant we need more information about the version of EMC 7 that you have. Did you buy it in a retail store, was it included with hardware, did you download it off the web?

 

What happens when you try to uninstall it from the Control Panel? Can you do a Change\ Repair?

I bought it from a retail store. When I try to uninstall it from the control panel I get the same error. "The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exist and that you can access it." Same error when trying to install, re-install or uninstall. Yet, I was able to install it on another computer.
