Mike Tingle
Maybe this is not an activation problem, because I never get that far!! Having had hell's own difficulty in getting the downloaded program into the machine (it seems it was picky and did not want to live in the same folder as Easy Media Creator!), I at last got the program 'unloaded'. My sigh of relief was very shortlived, as now all I get is the briefest (half a second) flash of the start up introductory screen in the centre of the monitor. After reading the posts in this topic, I have a horrible feeling that I have bought a product that is not yet commercially ready and you guys are all doing Beta Testing! Has anyone got a solution to the glitch I have? Sincere thanks Mike

mmace
I've read on another forum that this software is a bitch to activate, I'm about to buy it (the most expensive software I'll have ever bought), but I have to reinstall windows every 3 months or so (hardware upgrades, codec problems etc), sometimes Windows XP needs re-activating as there's loads of new hardware installing. What will this software be like for activating every few months, even with new hardware or a completely new system? (e.g. my last hardware update was new gfx card, motherboard, processor, Blu-ray writer, memory & case - only my hard drives, mouse, keyboard and monitor made it when my last PC blew up!)
