Audio Problems

I have just started learning how to import my dvd's from my old camcorder and also from my new DVD recorder (Sony).

I am getting the video captured okay but am getting no sound. I am using the Dazzle DVD device to connect.

I am relatively new at all of this but if someone could point in which direction to check that would be most appreciated. I couldn't seem to find what I needed under help. Thank you.

Try capturing to the hard drive first and then import the file into EMC

 

Check the audio in media player after capture - if it's not there then there is a different problem
