lgp
Roxio EMC9 is creating interference with Adobe Premier elements v3 ( and V2) I have both Adobe premiere elements v2 and v3 installed on my computer and everything works fine. I also had emc8 then installed on my system. I proceeded to remove emc8 and installed emc9. Then in premiere elements v2 and v3 I get the following error as soon as attempt to write a DVD: Adobe premiere elements.exe Application error: The instruction at "0x0000000" referenced memory at "0x0000000". The memeory could not be read. When I do system roolback and reinstall Adobe premiere no problem. The error is for sure caused by EMC9. I tried several installation sequences on a clean system, all with the same error. Is there any funcion in emc9 that can cause this problem? is there any work around? For the time being I had to shelve emc9 until a solution is found. GP
ggrussell
Don't what is casuing it, but I have EMC9 and Premiere Elements 2 on this machine. Have never had a problem. I would bet it was caused by PrEL3. I've seen many complaints in Adobe's forum on other topics with V3. May want to try their forum and see if someone else has had this problem. Roxio EMC9 is creating interference with Adobe Premier elements v3 ( and V2)
I have both Adobe premiere elements v2 and v3 installed on my computer and everything works
fine. I also had emc8 then installed on my system.
I proceeded to remove emc8 and installed emc9. Then in premiere elements v2 and v3 I get
the following error as soon as attempt to write a DVD:
Adobe premiere elements.exe Application error:
The instruction at "0x0000000" referenced memory at "0x0000000". The memeory could not be read.
When I do system roolback and reinstall Adobe premiere no problem. The error is for sure
caused by EMC9.
I tried several installation sequences on a clean system, all with the same error.
Is there any funcion in emc9 that can cause this problem? is there any work around?
For the time being I had to shelve emc9 until a solution is found.
