Urgent Help is need

I have installed the RMC9 with no problem. However, when I started it the first time (clicking home) I got the error (the memory could not be read – press ok to terminate) and sometime I got the message (the memory could not be written). The program wouldn’t start.

 

I have tried all suggested solutions in the wed with no result. I even uninstalled the software and reinstall it, also I have disabled the Data Execution Prevention (DEP) and still I got the same error.

 

Any idea!!!!!!

Could you please post your computer specs?

Have you had problems with other parts of the program not using the Home screen but from the Start/Programs Roxio Easy Media Creator 9?
