cdanteek
"This has been a long running issue with Sony starting in November 2005. Sony has finally decided to compensate customers in California who were affected by the DRM software found on some Sony BMG music CD's. Record label Sony BMG will compensate customers in California whose computers were damaged by anti-piracy software on CDs sold by the firm." bbc
Brendon
So why does it take the Limeys to tell us about how Sony will compensate Californians? Is Sony whispering "We give in" and hoping California doesn't hear about it, so they don't actually have to pay anybody?
