Question

I bought this software specifically to transfer my vinyl to digital. However, when I try to launch the 'LP to Vinyl Wizard' I get a series of 3 error messages saying that memory could not be "read", that an exception has taken place and that there has been an exception - each one tells me to click OK to terminate the program.

Looking at the forums here, I have updated PX, my sound card driver - in fact every driver I could possibly update!

It still doesn't work.

Have I completely wasted my money on a pile of poo, or is there someone who can help me?

The actual text of the error messages are:

1. The instruction at "0x0145bb85" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".

2. The exception unknown software exception (0x40000015) occurred in the application at location 0x00ec52fd.

3. The exception Breakpoint

A breakpoint has been reached.

(0x800000003) occurred in the application at location 0x7c901230.

Also, forgot to add that the sound is from a Realtek high definition sound card

Just got out my Nero 7 and that works well: the only problem is having to manually add all the track/artist data ...
