Adding New Movies

Any help? When I choose to add new movie it pops up the window to select files but each of the 3 tabs are blank and show no files. I tired looking under settings however everything has a green x next to it.... The foles are there when I explore under Start in Windows...

What kind of files are these? All the same? Might be a codec issue.

If they are commercial movies, it is illegal to copy them, and the Roxio software won't even recognize them.

What kind of files are these? All the same? Might be a codec issue.

 

 

MPEG downloaded from Sony HandyCam I have burned before and all of a sudden Roxio doesn't see any files - could it be something witht he FOLDER WATCH?

I'm not sure. Did you recently install any other software or do any updating via Windows update or Windows Media Player update?
