Roxio Software Problem

Question

Well here goes, having trouble opening up Disc Copier, Can not intialize API and it asks to reinstall Roxio Software, Second Problem, Creator Classic Dragon Engine intilazation failed, Running Windows XP Pro, IE 6.0 trying everything but taking a hammer to Roxio software, software came with Plexator 716a burner, also have other burning software installed for audio, not video, Helpppppppppppppp Pleaseeeeeeeeeeee

As for the Dragon Initialization failure, if you reinstall Napster, it will fix that. You can then uninstall Napster afterwards with no ill effects if you wish. You may also benefit from a repair install of Roxio as well.

Beerman, Napster came on the roxio software, I don't use it, opened it up and they just try to get you to buy roxio 9 , checked remove program napster don't even show up there since it tied in with roxio emcp7

Plextor isn't going to be of any help. If folks here tried to help, the op might buy a new retail version of EMC.

you could uninstall your OEM version and try EMC9 30 day Trial version but be sure and check the system requirements before installing V9.
