Can't open MyDVD

I just purchased MyDVD and when I try to launch it I get the following error:

 

ERROR: Unable to setup video objects

 

What do I do???

Could you help us help you by giving us more info? What version of MyDVD? What are your system specs? Have you cleaned your system of spyware and viruses? Are all your video drivers updated? DirectX too?
