RFM
Thanks so much for you input. The dll was located where it should be under Roxio but when I put a cc into the system32 file as suggested all is well. You got it for me. Wish Roxio would putit out that way so do not have to fiddle so much. Originally got the error that required the hotfix recently released and now it appears all is working well on all machines. Thanks again. Happy New Year. Bob DRVWDDM.DLL is a device driver manager (from Seagate) that is part of Backup My PC (it should be in \Program Files\Roxio\Backup MyPC\System) If it's missing and you can't find it on your CD or it fails to install , it can be downloaded here http://www.dll-downloads.com/hosts.asp?drvwddm However - I've found sometimes that the .dll works better if it's copied into \Windows\System32 (dunno why - seems some installations of XP can't find .dll files if they aren't in that folder)
