Does Toast 6.1.1 update disc image (.dmg) mount for you?

Question

No responses to my earlier post on this issue, so I'll try a different approach.

Has anybody been able to mount the Toast 6.0 -> 6.11 update disc image? Every time I try it hangs my computer with the spinning beach ball of death, forcing a hard reboot. Even burning it to a CD and then trying to mount that CD causes the same result.

In particular, has anyone running Mac OS X 10.2.8 been able to mount this disc image? That's the version of Mac OS X I'm using, and I'm wondering if that's the problem.

This is the only disc image I've ever come across that has this problem.

Sorry I don't have a clue, but I did do the 6.0 to 6.1.1 download update sucessfully. Mine would have been on an earlier version of OSX, but I really doubt that would have made a difference. I remember having to get a new version of Stuffit Expander last fall. Are you using version 11 of that app?

I assume that you've deleted the original download from you disc and tried again just to eliminate the possibility of a corrupted download. If you get it figured out, let us know.
