Converting DVD to IPOD

Can someone help with an idiots guide on how to convert a DVD to IPOD using easy DVD 6? I have some DVDs from my DVD recorder I wish to put on an IPOD and keep coming across problems. I read some comments that this is a quick process - not my experiance.

 

Firstly when my IPOD is connected Easy DVD creator does not recognise my IPOD and I cant access the drop down menu

 

When I do convert a DVD to MP4 then import to Itunes and then to my IPOD the picture doesnot fill the screen.

 

Any help welcome.

You may have to use the Apple software to do that - I'm not sure if Ipod capability is included in v6 to be honest

When the last software for Version 6 was done in 2003, iPod wasn't into Video. iPod Video didn't come out until 2005 - see news release -

I suspect tech and marketing are talking past each other.

Are you using Easy DVD 6 to convert to mpeg4?

 

Which exact version do you have? I don't think version 6 said on the box that it could convert to an IPOD.

Sorry may be confusing people (not very IT savy) Version is Easy DVD Copy 2 Premier.

Hmm. I'll see if I can find where it goes - but it has no connecation with V.6 whatever.
