Error: Cannot Initialize API

When ever open disc copier following message display

Cannot Initialize API

I tried below steps but no luck same massage cannot initialize api please reinstall roxio software i did many times no use ful could some one help me to solve this problem

 

F. Try to launch "Disc Copier" to see if you get the same error.

G. If you experience the same issue, proceed to the next step.

2. Manually Register the Disc Copier (Dragon Engine) DLL files

A. Click on the "Start" button, then select "Run"

B. In the run dialog box please copy and paste the following commands one at a time

Listed below including the quotes and click the "OK" button after each one:

Regsvr32 "C:\\Program Files\\Common Files\\Roxio Shared\\Dragon\\Dragon.dll"

Regsvr32 "C:\\Program Files\\Common Files\\Roxio Shared\\Dragon\\DragonRs.dll"

C. After you click the "OK" button a window should appear with a message indicating

The file registration succeeded. Once you have received a succeeded message for

Both files, shut down and restart your computer and try to launch "Disc Copier".
