keep wanting to register

mayp

Question

I have been trying to work with this software since Xmas.

I installed and went through the registration process. It was successfull.

Everytime I turn on EMC9 Home it asks to register (I keep doing it) It it always "successful".

Everytime I open other parts it asks for registration. I do it, it says successful...

I go into VideoWave, It is slow, I try to import a video, I select a video file and it jams, nothing else happens.

No success. I did the Activation of DivX, it didn't change anything. Called REgistration they said I was registered correctly.

What should I do?

Walmart won't give me my money back. Service tickets get no answers.

You didn't give enough computer specs. What video card do you have, and how much RAM do you have?

There are 3 different programs, in the suite, that require registration plus the mpeg activation in VideoWave or MyDVD.

Join the club same software, same purchase date, same issues.

Every time I use Roxio creator suite 9 or any of its features it expects me to register, no matter how times a day I do it, it always wants it again & again & again.

What's worse is I believe Roxio don't give a damm.

Looks like I will be returning back to Nero again, at least that did work without bugging you to register every time. It taken an hour to get a second registration logon working because the software registration process don't include a password and don't generate a email like the manual registration does. As for the other support options, well unless you have a weekend to waste, don't even bother.

Do Roxio bother testing this crap called software before launching on the general public.
