Trying to burn get Temporary File error

clarksc3

Question

I have finally got to the burning. (Blu-ray 25gb). When I click burn it goes through transcoding the audio and building the menus, then it gives me a Temporary File error, saying I must convert my drive to a NTFS format because the current file system cannot handle over 4gb. Well, I have a very new and powerful PC that has always been the newer NTFS file system. I have even tried changing the temporary file folder to another hard drive.

Hi

I have the same problem with the 4gb limit, have to make all my movies less than 3 gb then it works. Still trying out a few things though, not given up yet. Seems we all have the same problem..

I have 320gb C: drive, plus 200gb USB external drive where all DVDit Pro HD is loaded. All work is done on this drive.

Loaded program on C: drive, but was exactly the same.So doing it all on my external drive now.

The menus look great when finished, but still working on it :)

See ya

Still waiting onmy burer but I have a 2TB RAID 5 and it is where I wrote the BD folders to. No problems/.

ok, so these errors appear to be linked to RAIDS. I need you all to chime in if you are having a 4GB file issue and you have NTFS formatted drives.

Please let me know what your system setups are? do you have a RAID? what is it's configuration.

Thanks.

I used to have RAID on this computer, but all drives now are non-RAID. I have (4) 500gb drive, plus a 75GB 10k RPM C: drive. I have tried changing the DVDit folder to all of these but the software still thinks they are non-NTFS drives.

Thanks,

Clark
