Burning DVD to work on TV

Thanks...But where at in the software are those settings...

I dont remember seeing them. I saw the NTSC or Pal setting...

I used the NTSC but what do I choose for format MPEG?

 

You don't choose mpeg2, because that is the standard for all DVD movies, and it is done automatically by the software.

The 'settings' (frame line rate) are actually the TV standards - 'PAL' and 'NTSC' are misnomers - they only refer to the colour sub-system but have been sort of hi-jacked to mean the TV standard

 

I'm a retired TV Service Manager so I get a bit picky on that topic :)

If you're in Europe - 'PAL' (625 line 25 fps)

US - 525 line 30 fps (NTSC)
