patatrox
I ordered my upgrade over the phone today and was charged $69.00!! What gives? It's an upgrade special on the website for a limited time, you'd have to call back and find out what needs to be done.
John at Roxio
Sorry for the mistake. Just call back tomorrow and refer to this thread (you might have to give them info on where exactly this is. I cant communicate with everyone in sales right now) and they should be able to work with you.

Cheers, Rich The lowest upgrade we have available regardless of purchase time frame is the current $59.99 (instant discount) through our upgrade center. You'd need to contact Amazon to see if they will accept this as a return.

Since these were made within the last 30 days, way do we have to deal with Amazon? Thanks, Dorian

Thanks, Dorian If it was purchased from Roxio, we would handle any fulfilment and related issues. Since it was purchased from Amazon, that is up to them. Neil
Yeah it is a joke, there is no discount upgrade, they will not be getting my money anytime soon. I will be sticking with Toast 7.1.
