Macs have lots of invisible files but I don't think you want your photos to be that way. By the way, there is an undocumented Photo Disc feature. If you create a DVD slide show using the DVD video setting in the video window and click the Add Data Content in the window that appears when you click the More button, you will get the Photo disc slide shows as well as a video DVD slide show.
