Yes. Burning ISO images is done in the Toast Copy window. I don't know what you mean by converting, but if you mount an ISO Toast can access and do various things with its contents. When Toast saves a disc image it calls it a .toast file by default but you can change the extension to .iso and it works the same. At least I've done that with video DVD disc images.
