I think there will be more themes eventually. Some things have changed with the menus. You can set the highlight color to be something other than the bright yellow. You can add your own background image to any menu with simple drag and drop. And you can choose how many titles are on a menu page (such as 1, 2, 4, 6) rather than have Toast automatically assume you want the maximum of 6.

I just realized last night that you can set the number of items on a page (which I guess wasn't in Toast7) but the font sizes still seem ridiculously large. Using the "Corporate" menu style (which seems to be the most "clutter free" style) and only 2 items per screen (so you'd get the most text per item, I presume), it seems to be limited to about 15 characters on the first line! So "New Yankee Workshop" becomes "New Yankee Work..." (or something like that). I thought that the "Tivo" style screenshot I saw had a smaller font size.

So is there a way to change the font size? Right now Toast wants to put a big font on the first line, then slightly smaller fonts on lines 2 & 3. I'd rather have the same size on each line (or better yet, fully customizable)

You can change it if you have PhotoShop where you can create a new version of the menu design. It took some searching, but I found the link to the Toast menu style guide Here.
