The first time I tried to start TiVo2Go, I received an error. I rebooted and tried again and was able to see one of my TiVo's (an 80-hour Series 2). I tried to transfer a short program and it showed up in the Active Transfers queue, but never actually started transferring.
I quit and launched it again (this time directly instead of from the Extras menu in Toast). This time my other TiVo showed up too (a 120-hour Series2). I am now transferring a 4-hour "best quality" recording and the status bar indicates a 9-hour download time. Yikes. But at least it seems to be working now.
