is there a way to make a DVD chapter loop on TV playback?

paulmpianist

Question

I have a short piano lesson DVD that I have broken down into small parts each of which is contained in a chapter. i play a phrase over and over about 4 times, but i was wondering if there is a way to play it once and have it loop playback so the amount of video will be less. On a computer almost any playback software will allow this, but I don't know about T.V. DVD players. Anybody know about this?

I think I'm going to have to use the bigger Video file and repeat it myself a lot of times.

I do seem to have saved a file that keeps playing over and over in Windows media player and I must have saved it looping because I didn't set it to loop when i opened it.

thanks

paul

Hello,

Do you know if there is a way to make only one title loop instead of all titles on a menu? (in Easy Media Creator 7)????

In the DVD Builder/ Burn/ Advanced options there is an option to Repeat Title.

Use DVD Builder. Click on File/Project Settings, select the setting "After a title finishes playing" and then select "Repeat Title". This will work if you only have one title.

If you have EMC 7.0, you'll need to make certain you've updated your software on this site because the ability to 'play next title' wasn't in the original program.

TV DVD players usually work the same way that the playback works on a computer..... but there are exceptions.
