Disc & Device Utility Dialog Box

Cooldaddy

Question

In Creator Classic, when trying to burn a CD, it does not see my CD drives. This application worked swell just two weeks ago and now this! In my Device Manager, my CD drives are showing good. Apparently Creator Classic cannot see my CD drives.

When I open my Disc & Device Utility dialog box, nothing is showing in there.

I have updated my drivers and same. I have deinstall/reinstalled Roxio V7 and again, same ordeal.

Any fix on this? :)

Thank you.

I had the same problem, there is a fix found on forum: search "Roxio unable to see drive" there is a patch for an engine, and it solve the problem

Can you provide any info of what changes/additions/Windows updates you have done in the last 2 weeks.
