Just to be sure we're referring to the same thing: I've done this both from a DVD in the Copy window and with a VIDEO_TS folder using the DVD video from VIDEO_TS format in the Video window. I click the Options button to get to the options window. There I can click to start play back of DVD. I also can choose custom and get a window where I can play back any of the titles on the disc. I've tested with PCM and with AC3 audio tracks. No problem here.

Does this happen with all your VIDEO_TS folders or just with the one?

Yes, we are refering to the same thing: the DVD copy and the DVD video from VIDEO_TS format in the Video window both play back perfectly. However, when I either use the stop button on the trasport or close the viewer window, the whole computer freezes and I have to restart!!!

I must stress, again, EVERYTHING WORKS FINE WITH POPCORN which is essentially the same program. There must be a bug somewhere. I will drop a line to tech support.

I have tried with several DVDs and the same thing happens.

I have had the same problem. Only tried a couple of Video folders but the app will keep crashing like yours did.

VIDEO_TS file

VTS_01_1.VOB etc

The same file does not crash when I view it on Popcorn.
