Question

When you are converting casetts does it us a temp folder on the local C drive? Can that loation be changed? Thre last two captures have been to long to fig on one cd so I tried to save it to disk as a.C2D but it wold do it. It just set there. So I Exported thr trcks to a differant folder. Now what to I open them in so I can shortan thim?

How can convert them from a .wav file to a .cda file format?

You are correct about one file being made when you do a .C2D image. That's what it is,an image of the whole disc. You can't look at what's inside by just looking at the file. You need to either burn the image to a disc (using Disc Copier) or you can look at it using the Disc Image Loader.

You should be able to see Sound Editor at the bottom of page 3,this is assuming you are using the LP and Tape Assistant.

The problem is it will not creat a .C2D image file. It used to create a .C2D image file. Why will it not create one now?

I hope I understood what you're trying to accomplish.

To edit a track/file, use Sound Editor.

After you have done all your edits, you can create a standard audio cd out of those files using the Music Disc Creator. Choose Audio CD in the Project Type pane.

I tried to save it to disk as a.C2D but it wold not do it. In step 3 you can click the Burn Audo CD and it gives you an option to burn a .C2D it is like an .iso file. When you us this optio all of your tracks are in just this one .C2D file. I had been using this but today it stoped working and I don't get any error messages. Why won't it work?
