Grant
The software in question is ECD & DVD Creator 6.2.0.130. I'm running WinXPPRO SP2. Drives are DVDRW 16x16 and Plextor W4012A. After installing uneventfully, while rebooting computer goes to blue screen with the following message: Windows has been shut down to prevent damage. The problem is caused by the following file: cdr4-xp.SYS. DRIVER_UNLOADED_WITHOUT_CANCELLING_PENDING_OPERATIONS. Then it recommends uninstalling software, etc. Stop:0x000000CE (OxB159B2EO, 0x00000000, 0xB159B2EO, 0x00000000) cdr4_xp.SYS. I uninstalled IE7 but no luck. The only way I was able to restart was to go back to the last settings that worked. HELP!
