How do I stop EMC9 from closing a data CD?

In previous versions of EMC when I created a CD I was able to leave the disk open and "appendable". With EMC9, if I insert an appendable disk then Creator Classic allows me to import the CD and burn another session; however, it always insists upon closing the CD (preventing me from adding further sessions).

 

I've searched the menus and the help file but can't find where the "Leave disk open" option is now located. Would someone be so kind as to point me to it?

The program doesn't insist on closing the disk. The settings you have selected do. Uncheck the "Read Only" box, in the advanced options, when you click on the Burn icon.
