Media Ticker Setup/Install Issues

Does anyone have any idea how to properly fill in the customer information on the Media Ticker Setup Installation. One my first try, a serial number was already filled in the space. Media Ticker wouldn't install. So I then entered my personal serial number in its place - I got an error message which said my serial number was not valid. Any suggestions?

LOL. I can't stand the media ticker running on some of the news stations on television. I can't imagine having one running on my computer. That will probably never happen.
