james_hardin Posted January 14, 2007 Report Share Posted January 14, 2007 V8 is not 'new' essentially all work stopped on it as soon as V9 went on the sale block. I see 6 digital camcorders on their site so you might want to be a little more specific. However all mention DV in/out so as long as you have a Firewire (1394) card in your PC, every version of Roxio from V6 through V9 can capture video from them.
