Dazzle DVC 100 Not Recognized

Plug & Burn does not show the Dazzle DVC 100 capture device, the drop down box for capture devices is empty.

 

Media Import does show the device and preview mode shows the video. When capturing with Media Import I get an Unknown Capture Error within several minutes.

 

Any suggested fixes would be appreciated.
