Error Message8007000e

I completed a video DVD tried to burn it and after the encoding process i got a message saying "80070003 Error while encoding Menu". Can anyone help me please.

Thanks. Yes I tried that fix but it did not do the trick. I wany to remove Roxio, and then reinstall it - but I'm afraid I might lose my already prepared video

 

Doubt if that will fix the problem. Before you do an uninstall, try doing a repair in of the program in add remove programs. That way nothing is deleted. Also set a restore point using Windows that way if you lose something you can go back.

 

Always save your projects, files etc outside of the Roxio folder. That way if you do have to do an uninstall, you would pretty much be assured that those will not be deleted.
