When you say multiple audio tracks, I assume you mean the main audio plus a SAP. If that is the case, you should be able to click the edit button on the EyeTV file in the Toast Video window and a pop-up will appear to allow you to select the audio track.

yes... if someone has done this and been able to chose the 5.1 audio from an hdtv broadcast and burn a dvd with correct sound please let me know .

Which EyeTV do you have?

Toast 8 offers users the ability to choose which audio track will be burned to DVD from sources that have multiple tracks. Select the title in the video window and click Edit. There will be a button in the next window to select the desired audio track. There is not an option to choose more than one audio track.

I am using EyeTV 2.3.3 with my EyeTV 500. Many recordings have multiple audio tracks which Toast handled inconsistently in version 7. I wanted to make sure that feature you spoke of worked on the transport streams with multi audio as the are captured by ETV.

I have the EyeTV 250 so I don't have the option for multiple audio streams. However, I have added MPEG 2 clips from DVDs with multiple audio and observed the option to select which audio stream to use in the authored DVD. I believe it will be the same for you.
