Add subtitles when burning movie on dvd

Hi, I would like to know what to do for burning a movie on a dvd disc, with subtitles. What I want is to have the option when I am watching the movie on my tv, to turn on or off the subtitles. A friend told me that one way was to re-encode the movie, mixing the subtitles, but I dont want that.

It sounds as if you need closed caption encoding which isn't available.

 

Roxio know about this issue and hopefully at some stage it will be included (just won't happen for a while yet and no other software has the capability either)

But mabe with DVDit Pro 6, can I add the subtitles to my movies'???

Yes, I believe DVDit Pro 6 supports true subtitles and multiple language tracks, too.
