Roxio support ?



Hi Guys,


I purchased Toast 7 and I wanted to register Toast 7 using Roxio's website but it couldn't recognized the key they provided with their CD ROM.


Since them, I talked to their support in Ireland but no one there seems to be able to help. I still cannot understand why they cannot escalade themselves to Toronto, Canada. They suggested I would need to do it myself which I did in the mean time.


Anyway, I'm pissed about their support which cannot resolve such a problem.


Any thoughts? Thanks
