We're a small company that develops a software product for manufacturing. Historically we have generated a master CD of our product with Easy Media Creator 9, and used this master to generate copies with a CopyPro MiniMax CD duplicator. It's always worked well... until we recently updated the software on the CD duplicator during a refurbish. We can still generate the master CD fine with Easy Media Creator, but now our CopyPro duplication fails and we get an error related to filename paths being too long on the master CD. We have other master CDs from one of our vendors that use the same path/filename structure that we use in our product, and those master CDs duplicate OK. Those CDs were not created with Roxio software, so it could be something related to the Roxio created image. I'm kind of a novice when it comes to CD duplication, so any insight is appreciated.
