CinePlayer Exception Error Details (I have Yet to Get This Working)

As the ROXIO KB article outline I upgraded my Directx 9.0c, set resolution to 1024x768 and each Time I try to use CinePlayer it just hangs on DVD.

 

I captured the exception error, and provided it here. Hopefully someone can identify the problem. This has become quite a headache (CinePlayer in EMC 7.5 worked flawlessly).

I don't have any DIVX software other than the codecs used in Roxio Products and WMP10 Any ideas?
