Saving an Audio Label Creator Project in EMCS9

I created my first Audio Disc and after I created the Disc Label, I cannot save it.

When I click File.... Save or Save as ... there is no window...to select the location where the file will be located.

 

I asked the question to Roxann and i got the following answer:

"My Documents" Directory is presently in my D:\My Documents and I do want to change that now.

In a normal windows installation I think the folder should be at C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\My Documents.

This is assuming that your Windows boot drive is C:

 

I use a second hard disk D: and i use it to store all my new documents.. and thats where i have the "My Documents folder"

 

I reloaded the Label Creator and i managed to make the "save" work.

 

But tit still actiong weird, when I open a previous saved file... I am not sure under what conditions.. I have to try several "save" cases.

for exambple, I opened an old Jewelcase file from Easy CD creator 6.. the file was opened and i saved it under a different file name. When I tried to re-open that newly saved file... the EMCS9 Label Creator ... froze.

It froze, because EMC 9 can't open version 6 files.
