I noticed at Roxio.com, if you put an item in your cart, but then WAIT for ~60 seconds, a dialog will pop up, urging you to complete your tranny, and also offer you 10% if you do! Kinda helps you with the weak rebate they gave us v.7 users......

 

YMMV, but worth a try. I verified it on several different browsers, so it was working a few minutes ago.
