Where is Roxio Easy Media Creator 8 Suite.msi ?

I've tried searching (forums/Roxann), but cannot find anything useful.

 

My install of EMC 8 seems to work OK, but I'm fed up of getting this "The feature you're trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" error message...

 

Which is because it cannot find 'Roxio Easy Media Creator 8 Suite.msi' in a certain temp directory.

 

A wildcard search on my PC doesn't find any such .msi file.

 

Can someone tell me where I can get this file, and hopefully I'll finally make my install happy again.

If you did a search of these forums, and you did not find an answer that fixed your problem, then unfortunately, there probably isn't any.

Creator.msi usually lives on the installation CD - it's the Microsoft Installer and is called by setup.exe also on the CD

 

Go to add/remove programs, select EMC and click to run - then do a repair and hopefully that will do the trick
