My Video Wave is nearly nonfunctioning. As soon as I try to add any transitions, photos, etc. I get a message that says "Video Wave had encountered a problem". It used to happen some, but now it's after only a few seconds of working on video wave. I successfully "repaired the Suite, but was unsuccessful at repairing the Content. Some of the messages are "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'RoxioContent9.msi' in the box below". After I go ahead an click Repair the following message appears, "the installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it."
Now when I try to just simply get into my Creator 9 this message appears, "a network error occured while attempting to read from the file: c:\DOCUME\Sherry\LOCALS 1\Temp\pft6.tmp\58c147.msi.
If there is anybody that can help me how to make my Creator 9 fully functional again, I would really appreciate it. My business relies on this program.
