Question

when i choose 'check for updates' in options, the program tries to connect, but always returns the following message, 'The program was unable to connect to the update server. Please check your network connection.'

The network connection is fine. Any ideas how this can be rectified, please?

Try going to the main Roxio web site and click on Support then select Updates.
