itsme51
I have previously used Disc Copier with no problem. Recently I received a disc I wanted to copy, I clicked on Disc Copier and received this message: "Cannot initialize API. Please reinstall Roxio software". I don't know what "initialize" means. I don't know what "API" is. I'm not very computer literate. However, I do know how to uninstall and reinstall. So I did so. Then tried Disc Copier and still get the message and Disc Copier will not function. Where do I go from here?
