How Do I Get A Disc Image To Stop Launching When I Go To Copy It?

when I select a disc image to copy, it automatically mounts it on the desktop and launched the DVD application to play it. I have to quit the DVD application, and then burn the DVD.

 

how can I make it so a disc image won't mount automatically?

 

it didn't do this in Toast 6.

 

Also, I have all my disc images named on my harddrive (i.e. season7disc1, season6disc3) but when I burn them in Toast 7, it doesn't show these names. Anyway to make it do that?

You can't stop it from being mounted but you can stop it from automatically launching DVD Player. Go to the CDs & DVDs panel in System Preferences and disable the auto launching of DVD Player when a video DVD is inserted.
