sounds like you have some sort of a conflict. not sure what that might be. tech support ticket on that one would be good. in the meantime, instead of burning directly to disc, why don't you output an ISO image and then burn that ISO to a disc with one of your other burning solutions. IMGburn is a very good freeware ISO burning solution if you need one.

Ok, just to clarify, my first project burned fine, no problems, it's just the second one. I also tried loading the first project and re-burning, but got the same error message. I have made an iso image, which I will try putting on an external drive so I can take it to another machine which still has an old copy of DVDit 5.

Still a bit frustrating that I have to go round the houses like this.

Just a thought....the disk I was trying to burn was an "audio-DVD" ie black video and 24/96 stereo sound. Might this have coused a conflict somewhere? I don't know, just asking.
