Rename Audio Files hangs

I installed EMC9 (full program, on disc). When I try to rename a batch of mp3 files that currently have such names as 01 [title - artist] or Unknown Artist-Unknown Album, etc., some times Rename Audio File will open and work correctly, but often it won't open at all. Anybody else having this problem? Any suggested resolutions?

Found the same problem myself. Bit surprised there's no other threads as I'm sure other users must have had same problems. When it works it does a great job of updating taf info via Gracenote (MusicID). If you open up task manager (CTRL-ALT-DEL) and find the task RxRenRel9.exe, end it (end process). Now when you run the utility again it appears. There is obviously a bug that it doesn't behav correctly as a task (i,e, alt tab etc..). Also while in explorer if you right click on an audio file select Move or Rename Audio Files - this starts RxRenRel9.exe quicker than finding the program from Roxio Home.

Hope this helps until Roxio fix the bug.
