burning a slideshow

danobaker

Question

I am so DAM frustrated with creator 9 that I could spit ... have updated video driver, firmwear, defraged and cleaned disk drive and slide show still won't work. I have spent about 30 hours during the last week!

I can add photo's, view, compile and save, but when I try to burn, it looks like it it working (THERE ISN'T ANY LITTLE PROGRESS METER IN THE PROGRAM TO LET ME KNOW FOR SURE) but when it gets to the end where it should start burning it guves me 1 of a couple of errors with no explanation. 1st error "overall progress 100% .. current task completed 100% .. 8004520c: error while encoding" 2nd error "Microsoft Visual C + + runtime error ... application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way. please contact the applications support for more nformation".

Have opened 2 tickets ... NO RESPONSE YET .. AFTER A WEEK.

This is not a pleasant experience that I would recomend to anyone!!!!!!!

List your system specs, similar to how I have them listed in my signature.
