I have been burning photo & music dvds and have not had any problems til now. I burned a project on a dvd+r sony disc and played it at home on both my dvd players and it sounded and looked great for me. I gave it to a customer and she played it and said the music skips when the black panels with wording on them come up (she tried it on 2 different dvd players that she has and it did it on both). When it goes to the picture frame after that the music is back. I did burn another one and it did the same thing. The music skipping doesn't happen to all the black panels but about 2/3's of them. I inserted all the black panels and wording the same on all of them. I am wondering if I burn the project on a dvd-r if that will help her out? Is it the dvd or is it her dvd players? I haven't gotten a disc back from her to try it again on my dvd player to see if it plays bad for me or still works fine?
