not only is it impossible for a recipient to open an attatchment loaded with mgi photo suite, the clarity is horrid, and there is no actual useful information in the "help" topic in the program.

when i signed up to complain, my password was invalid, although it was about 6 seconds after i signed up.

i rue the day i purchased your piece of ^#!& program.

What product do you have? mgi hasn't been involved for a long time. I'll assume that you sent the attachment with one of the proprietary image formats and the recipient does not have the program to open it. Send it in a standard format such as jpg. Once you post what software you have perhaps we can give you a little more help.

 

Your password was probably invalid because it sometimes takes several hours for it to be registered. Did you get an e-mail that acknowledged that the sign up was accepted?

 

I get tired of hearing about YOUR program. It is not my program in the sense that you are using the term.. I am just a user along with about 99% of the people who post here. We don't have any control over how the program works just like we have no control over how YOU use or misuse the program.

 

Probably another hit and run poster who won't come back. She (?) posted and then immediately signed off. Notice the similarities of the title of this post and several other posts from hit and run posters?

MGI was bought up by Roxio many years ago and MANY versions ago. Lots of software do NOT support older formats. It's called progress.
