Titles vs. Chapters

I am trying to put all my old vhs tapes onto dvd. I have multiple mpeg files and when I added them to my project in mydvd it asked if i wanted add as separate movies or combine into one. I thought i would have a separate button for each movie, but I don't. I think I should have added as one movie and then create chapters. Is there anyway to get these all into one movie (title) with separate chapters? And, i'm a little confused between the My DVD program and the Video Wave program. Which one does what and which one to start with if I want to edit my video.

Just to mention, I was the dude Skinis responded to with the excellent brief tutorial linked here.

I have been making excellent use of his suggestions and so far all is going well. I'm working from my printed copy of the page. The video tutorials are very well done and helpful too.
